IndustryE-Mobility

Jitni was born from a simple thought during a rushed trip: what if getting across the city was easier, cleaner, and faster? That idea turned into a shared passion at CodeChem, fueled by spontaneous conversations, honest feedback, and a hands-on team that genuinely cared about building something better.

Jitni is more than just an e-scooter app. It’s a smarter way to move through the city, cutting through traffic, reducing emissions, and removing the daily transport traffic. What started as a broader vehicle rental concept evolved into a focused, rider-first experience that feels intuitive, flexible, and built for scale.

Jitni is movement, reimagined, with purpose and heart.

The Challenge

Designing the Jitni ecosystem required a unified approach across three distinct touchpoints: the rider-facing mobile application, the operational admin panel, and the brand’s landing page. Each interface addressed a unique audience and set of requirements.

The mobile app demanded immediate intuitiveness—enabling users to start, pause, and end rides with minimal interaction and zero friction.

The admin panel, needed to present complex, real-time operational data in a format that was both comprehensive and approachable, supporting quick decision-making without overwhelming the user.

The landing page served as the brand’s introduction, needing to communicate Jitni’s core values of clean and smart mobility within seconds to new visitors.

The central challenge lay in balancing feature-rich flexibility with the simplicity and clarity essential for usability, ensuring that every component spoke a consistent visual and functional language.

Our Approach

The design process began with a thorough understanding of each user’s context, whether it was the commuter seeking a fast, reliable ride, the operator managing a dynamic fleet, or the prospective user evaluating Jitni for the first time.

We adopted an iterative, user-centered methodology, rapidly prototyping and testing flows to refine interactions and eliminate unnecessary complexity.

For the scooting app, we prioritized a map-first interface and streamlined, one-tap actions to maximize clarity and speed.

The admin panel was architected around modular, real-time insights, ensuring scalability and ease of use for growing operational teams.

The landing page was conceived as a focused brand experience, mobile-optimized, visually compelling, and conversion-driven.

At every stage, we carefully assessed each element for intuitiveness and coherence, simplifying or redesigning as necessary. Our objective was not only to deliver a functional product, but to create an ecosystem where every interaction felt effortless and logical.
