Are you someone who enjoys creating user experiences that are simple, useful, and great to look at?
We’re looking for a Junior or Mid-level UX/UI Designer to join our growing team at CodeChem!
You'll work on digital products from concept to delivery, collaborating closely with developers and clients to turn ideas into reality. You should have strong experience in UX/UI design and a portfolio that demonstrates your approach to user flows, wireframes, and interface design. Proficiency in Figma, along with solid experience in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, is essential. The role also involves working with design systems, building interactive prototypes, and conducting usability testing as part of the design process.

Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and software applications
Translate ideas into wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs using Figma
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design solutions
Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and other designers to ensure the design vision is implemented accurately
Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews, contributing fresh ideas and constructive feedback
Contribute to both client projects and internal initiatives, helping improve tools, workflows, and processes
Solid knowledge of Figma, including variables, components, and prototyping.
Experience with Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other design software is a plus.
Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and take ownership of your designs.
Strong team collaboration skills and comfort working in cross-functional teams.
Proactive, self-driven, and open to learning and experimenting with new approaches
Ability to design websites as well as web, desktop, and mobile applications, with a focus on product interfaces.
Structured and thoughtful design process, from research to delivery.
