Senior Full Stack Engineer
This isn’t a typical engineering role.
You’ll join our Skopje-based team that’s building core digital products for a global authority in the color industry used daily by creatives, fashion houses, and manufacturers across the world. From streamlining color workflows to scaling platform integrations, the features you ship will power how the world designs, produces, and communicates.
But we’ve only just started. Over the next period, we’ll be leveling up by expanding our product scope, rethinking our infrastructure, and introducing smarter systems that serve millions.
What You’ll Be Doing
Architect and deliver scalable, high-impact features across global web platforms used by creative professionals and enterprises.
Collaborate closely with the client’s engineering and product teams, as well as cross-functional stakeholders, to solve problems, manage expectations, and keep delivery smooth across technical areas.
Own the full lifecycle of development, from technical discovery and architecture to coding, testing, deployment, and post-release improvements.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a strong focus on performance, security, and long-term scalability.
Drive architectural discussions, advocate for sound design principles, and help evolve a modern, robust tech ecosystem.
Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers by promoting knowledge-sharing, code quality, and engineering excellence.
You’ll Thrive Here If You
Have 8+ years of full-stack experience with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
Are confident working with Node.js, React, and AWS in production environments.
Understand system design, scalable architecture, and API development.
Communicate clearly and collaborate well in an Agile/Scrum setup.
Thrive in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.
Want to work from our Skopje office with a talented and collaborative team.
Experience with C++ and/or other languages and tech stacks is a huge plus.
